I represent individuals who have been harmed and counsel those - especially artists - looking to manage their lives, businesses and careers. My office is a virtual one. Not having overhead means I can make my legal services available to a broader range of people. I am available by phone, email and Skype. If needed, we can meet at a rented or borrowed conference room, or a coffee shop, or your home. References are available.
The law does not offer a solution for every problem, and a lawyer who recognizes this fact is your best ally. But if the law can help you, I will do my utmost to use it to assist you. I believe in this quotation from Abraham Lincoln’s notes on the practice of law: “Discourage litigation. Persuade your neighbors to compromise whenever you can. Point out to them how the nominal winner is often a real loser — in fees, expenses, and waste of time. As a peacemaker the lawyer has a superior opportunity of being a good man [woman].
